Inclusive mental health care
for people who experience burnout and cultural stress
Virtual therapy across Ontario
Hi 你好
I’m Hannah Lin, Lin Yu Tong 林雨桐 (she/her), and I am a Registered Social Worker (BSW, MSW, RSW), Psychotherapist and podcast host based in Toronto, Ontario. I work with individuals and organizations looking to enhance their wellbeing and mental health, focusing on supporting BIPOC and immigrant communities.
Services
-
Therapy
Supporting individuals to improve their mental health and overall wellbeing from a culturally sensitive and trauma-informed framework. Sessions are available virtually provided in English and or Mandarin Chinese.
-
Consulting
Provide tailored workshops & presentations to meet your organization’s needs for enhancing mental health knowledge and education.
Areas of Focus
-
Anxiety
Anxiety can make daily tasks challenging and even feel impossible. I can help you explore evidence-based strategies to help reframe thoughts and improve your mood.
-
Cultural Stress
It could be difficult to be honest about your thoughts and feelings as a racialized person. Internalized racism and discrimination can lead to feeling like you don’t belong or even that you are not enough. It is possible to live a life where you can embrace who you are.
-
Burnout
Burnout makes everything hard. When we feel exhausted all the time, we feel frustrated with ourselves and the world. This impacts the way we show up for daily activities, in relationships and to work. It is possible to find healing by rediscovering harmony with our priorities.
